Chapter Seven General Provisions
| Article (32) |
The Center’s funds and rights against others shall be deemed as domanial property, to be collected in accordance with the provisions of the Collection of Domanial (state) Property Law in force. |

A- |
The Internal By-Law of the Securities Depository Center for the Year 2004 shall be cancelled. |
| |
B- |
All by-laws, instructions, and bases issued pursuant to this by law according to Paragraph (A) of this article shall remain in force until they are cancelled or replaced by others. |
