| Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (6,500,000) shares of Al-qaria Food & Vegetable Oil Industries Company on Monday 07/11/2016. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital from (3,000,000) shares to (9,500,000) shares to redeem (6,500,000) JD of the company’s accumulated losses. |
