Donating securities to religious, charitable or social entities registered with the official authorities

Securities registered in the name of the assignor shall be transferred to the name of the assignee, which must be a religious, charitable or social entity registered with an official authority, and therefore the assignee may not be a natural person.

Securities must be free and deposited in the central registry, and in the event that these securities are in the investor’s account with the broker, they must be transferred to the central registry before executing the transfer process.
The assignor and the assignee or their legal representatives shall attend the center to sign the transfer request in front of the competent employee at the center.

إجراءات/ خطوات تقديم الخدمة

The concerned person or his legal representative must submit a request form for the transfer and transfer of ownership of securities to the Center.
The concerned employee verifies the personality, eligibility and satisfaction of the transfer parties.
The concerned employee selects the securities to be transferred and performs the transfer according to what is indicated in the submitted application.
Print the transfer notice and stamp it with the Center's stamp and hand it over to the investor.

Copies of personal identification documents for both the assignor and the assignee.
Copies of personal identification documents for both the assignor and the assignee.
An approved address for the assignor and the assignee.
An authorization letter issued by the assignee to one of its employees authorizing him to sign the orderly transfer request at the center.
In the event that the transfer is made under a power of attorney, the power of attorney must include what authorizes the agent to donate and make a gift.

رسوم الخدمة

The Center collects commissions for conducting a securities gift transaction according to the following:
- (0.002) two per thousand of the market value of the shares.
- (0.0001) one in ten thousand of the market value of government bonds and bonds issued by public institutions, municipalities and loan bonds
- (0.0001) one in ten thousand of the market value of Islamic financing sukuk.
The center collects the commissions referred to in Clause (1) above from one party, with a minimum of (250) fils for each transfer contract.
