Subject: The Share Capital Decrease of Amad Investment & Real Estate Development Co.

Greetings,

Kindly be informed that the SDC will carry on the process of decreasing the share capital of (2,000,000) shares of Amad Investment & Real Estate Development Company on Sunday 22/08/2021. The share capital decrease of the said amount will result in decreasing the registered capital to (6,000,000) shares. The share capital decrease will be performed through:
1.	Decreasing the amount of (306,406) share/JOD to redeem the balance of the accumulated losses as of 31/12/2020.
2.	Decreasing the share capital of (1,693,594) share/JOD and distributing its excess cash to the shareholders in proportion to the percentage of their contributions in the company capital.
