Further to the recommendation of the Higher Ministerial Committee for the Restructuring of the Public Sector of the Prime Ministry to maintain the Securities Depository Center (SDC) as an independent institution, provided that the number of members of the Board of Directors of the SDC is reduced from (7) to (5) members, and in reference to the decision of the Board of Commissioners of the Jordan Securities Commission adopted in its meeting on 10/12/2020, which includes appointing members in the Board of Directors of the SDC in accordance with the provisions of the Internal By-Law of the Securities Depository Center for the Year 2017, please be informed that the formation of the SDC's Board of Directors for its current term (2020-2023) has become as follows:
